By booking and attending a Reiki or Hypnosis session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
• Reiki and Hypnosis are complementary, holistic modalities intended to support overall well-being and personal growth.
• These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider or other professionals for specific concerns.
2. Confidentiality
• All sessions are private and confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
3. Client Responsibility
• Clients must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions before the session.
• Participation in sessions is voluntary, and clients may choose to discontinue at any time.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Payment Terms
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified during appointment scheduling.
• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
6. Results Disclaimer
• Outcomes from Reiki and Hypnosis sessions vary by individual. No specific results are guaranteed.
7. Code of Conduct
• Mutual respect between practitioner and client is expected at all times. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.
8. Liability Waiver
• By attending a session, clients acknowledge they are responsible for their own well-being and decisions. The practitioner is not liable for any outcomes or effects resulting from the session.
9. Emergency Situations
• Reiki and Hypnosis are not designed for crisis intervention. If you are in distress or in need of immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional.
10. Amendments to Terms
• These terms and conditions may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next session.
