By booking and attending a Reiki or Hypnosis session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

• Reiki and Hypnosis are complementary, holistic modalities intended to support overall well-being and personal growth.

• These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider or other professionals for specific concerns.

2. Confidentiality

• All sessions are private and confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

3. Client Responsibility

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions before the session.

• Participation in sessions is voluntary, and clients may choose to discontinue at any time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified during appointment scheduling.

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

6. Results Disclaimer

• Outcomes from Reiki and Hypnosis sessions vary by individual. No specific results are guaranteed.

7. Code of Conduct

• Mutual respect between practitioner and client is expected at all times. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

8. Liability Waiver

• By attending a session, clients acknowledge they are responsible for their own well-being and decisions. The practitioner is not liable for any outcomes or effects resulting from the session.

9. Emergency Situations

• Reiki and Hypnosis are not designed for crisis intervention. If you are in distress or in need of immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional.

10. Amendments to Terms

• These terms and conditions may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid appointments will be processed for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within the 24-hour window, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Package sessions

Once the first session of a package is completed, a 50% refund will be issued for any unused sessions if the client chooses to cancel the remaining appointments.
After the second session is completed, no refunds will be provided for any remaining sessions in the package.
All sessions must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after one year and are non-refundable.
If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, that session will be considered used and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
