You can receive the same results whether you choose in person or distance/virtual sessions.

About Me
LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF!
I’m Bridget Bauman—a passionate hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki Master, and lifelong explorer of the metaphysical. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of energy, healing, and the unseen forces that connect us all.
My journey took a profound turn in late 2023 when I took on a new hobby of creating natural crystal jewelry. As I explored the healing properties of crystals, I felt an undeniable pull to deepen my knowledge. This led me to Enlightened Academy with Psychic/Medium Kelli Miller, where I discovered my gift as a clairsentient healer. This made sense to me as I was already exploring Reiki healing. I then became a Usui Reiki Master under Kelli.
In early 2024, as the pull became stronger and discovered helping others with their healing journey is my life purpose. I took a leap of faith and left my full-time job to dedicate myself entirely to building my Reiki practice. Eager to expand further, I immersed myself into spiritual healing. I was researching past life regression and discovered hypnosis. This led me to taking SoulKey Past Life Regression and hypnosis courses with Chandra Petersen at Choices School of Hypnosis. These transformative experiences ignited a deep passion within me, and I fell in love with the incredible potential of hypnotherapy as a tool for healing and self-discovery.
